Shipping Information
We offer USPS Priority Mail Shipping, UPS Ground Shipping, and UPS 3 Day Select Expedited Shipping as options.
We ship within the U.S.A. Only. We currently do not ship overseas or to Canada.
Not all shipping options are available for all locations. (e.g. no UPS ground or 3 day to Alaska / Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
Orders usually go out within 24 hours after the order is placed Monday through Friday unless there is problem verifying your credit card or shipping information.
Officially we state that orders will go out within 3 days of an online order for all shipping methods.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
For example:, if you place a regular or expedited order on Friday, the order will usually ship on Monday.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking #'s once the item has shipped (usually within 48 hours)
If an item becomes out of stock, we will ship the order without the out of stock item and adjust your order total and shipping costs accordingly.
Your credit card is not charged until your order ships unless you use Paypal as a payment option. Paypal orders are charged instantly.
Shipping Times, Costs, and Suggestions
We suggest USPS priorty mail for most orders.
USPS Priority
mail is an economical way to send small packages.
It is the only method for delivery to PO Boxes or Apo addresses that we offer.
Shipping times are usually 3 to 5 days but arenotguaranteed by USPS or by Extremelures.com.
Generally from our experience, 99% of orders arrive within 2 to 5 business daysof shipment. Sometimes delivery times are affected by internal factors at USPS that we cannot control. USPS Priority mail orders include "e;delivery confirmation"e; notices and a tracking # in the cost. We use this information to determine if a package has been delivered.
USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation (optional)
Let us know if you'd like to add signature confirmation as an option. This will force USPS to knock on the door and hand the package to a live person and get a signature. Without asignature confirmation, they will leave the package wherever they deliver your regular mail. If you have an expensive usps order or live in an area where your regular mail box may not be in the safest area,please request signature confirmation. The only downside for signature confirmation is that USPS will not leave the package if you are not home. They will try to redeliver a few times. You can contact your local post office to hold your package for you to pick up.
UPS ground is recommended as an option if you have a special address that USPS cannot deliver to.
UPS Groundoffers more accurate delivery date estimates. We will include the estimated delivery date information when we e-mail you your tracking information.
UPS ground orders will arrive within5 to 10 business daysdepending your distance from Southern CA.
UPS ground costs include Live Tracking information and Insurance for lost or damaged packages up to $100 for the standard price.
If you need the lures quick - no matter what, ups 3 day may be a better option.
UPS 3 Dayoffers insurance, tracking, and an accurate delivery date. We will include the estimated delivery date information when we e-mail you your tracking information.
UPS 3 day orders arrive within 3 to 4 business days after shipping.
Please note that if an item is our of stock or we require more communication with the customer regarding an order, there may be delays in the shipment going out. We will strive to get the order out as soon as possible, but we have a 3 day window in which to ship your product.
Please make sure your contact information includes a valid e-mail address along with a telephone # in case we need to reach you.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time as we see fit.
We reserve the right to switch shipping methods to that of the same or lesser cost while not affecting the arrival date. Example: If you chose UPS ground, but we know that shipping by usps will get the order to you faster, we may switch shipping methods. We will pass on cost savings to you whenever possible at our determination on a case by case basis.
Refunds, Exchanges, Lost Shipments, Merchant Policies
We will strive to make our customers happy. Please be sure to contact us regarding how we can help you with your particular situation if you have a concern or issue.
Here are general guidelines regarding our policies.
Please contact us First to obtain a RMA #beforesending anything back to us. Mailing procedures will be provided once you contact us.
Defective items returned to us within 14 days of delivery will be exchanged for the same item, or with a color substitution with your permission. If a replacement item is not available, you will be eligible for a refund for that particular item. Refunds will be credited to the same card with which the purchase was made.
We will cover the cost of mailing out the new item via a shipping method of our choice. We cannot refund shipping and handling costs.
If you made an error while placing the order in choosing colors, sizes, and items, or have changed your mind after receiving the product and you would like to Exchange items, please contact us. We will try to accommodate you but you will be responsible for costs of shipping the items back to us and shipping a new order.
If there's an error in your order (we sent wrong item, we sent wrong color), please send the mistaken items back after receiving an RMA# and we will send out the correct items. If you want to keep the items sent in error, please let us know. We'll try to give you a discount if you'd rather keep the lures.
Lost Shipments
USPS Priority mail- if an order hasn't arrived within 14 days, please contact us. We will check the delivery confirmation status and have USPS investigate. If the delivery confirmation status shows the package as being delivered to the correct address, wecannotre-ship, refund, or replace the order. If the delivery status shows that it hasn't yet been delivered, we will send out another replacement order after another 7 day waiting period.
UPS Ground and UPS 3 Day- if an order hasn't arrived within 5 days of the estimated shipping date, we will contact UPS and request a trace. If the UPS result shows the package was lost, we will ship out a replacement order within the time frame UPS policies dictate for making an insurance claim and receiving a settlement. If the UPS tracking information shows the package as delivered we cannot re-ship, refund or replace the order. We will assist in having UPS conduct an investigation and providing information to the police for a police report.

Providing us with your current accurate e-mail address and telephone # is important. That is how we contact you if there's an issue with your order that needs your attention.
We do not share our customer list, e-mail address, or information with anyone else.
The information you provide when ordering, signing up for our newsletter, message boards, and photo gallery are also not shared.
Our e-mail newsletters are used to inform customers of site changes, product additions, and information on popular items that are back in stock. They are sent once a week at the most. Taxes
We are based out of California. We are required to collect Sales tax of 8.25% for orders shipping to a California Address.
